The diversion was destroyed by flooding in 1 ggg <br />and the Company plans to rehabilitate it prior to the 2000 irrigation season. The average annual <br />volume diverted is 20,687 acre-feet. The Otero Ditch Company is a mutual ditch company and <br />a nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Colorado. John Andrews, P.E. of the USDA <br />Natural Resources Conservation Service has completed Plans and Specifications for the <br />project. John Van Sciver, P.E., CWCS staff, will complete the feasibility study with help from the <br />Company and NRCS.
