Qualification Criteri~ for Detail Stu~.

a. Upper Colorado River Storage Project Criteria.
All of the Participating' Projects now approved by the Upper Co1orado
River Commission and included in the Upper Colorado River Stor~ge
Project have '

(1) a benef~t-cost ratio of unity or greater and (2) the ability
to repay at least 11.5 percent of the construction costs.

Under the above criteria the follOWing units from the
Cliffs-Divide project would be eligible for further stUdy;
(1) Parshall, (2) Troublesome, (3) Rabbit Ear, (4) Woody Creek,
(5) Bluestone and (6) Battlement Mesa.
