<br />The Henry Bolen Ditch COmpany is a non-profit corporation registered in the State of Colorado in
<br />2003. The Company manages the Henry Bolen Ditch for the seven members which own water
<br />rights and land served by the ditch. The diversion point is located southwest of the Town of
<br />Mancos, The ditch Is approximately two and a half miles (13,000 feet) long and carries
<br />approximately 13 cts. The proposed Ditch Pipeline Project will upgrade the ditch by installing
<br />12,000 feet of ditch pipeline and 2.000 feet of lateral lines to reach member,owned lands. NRCS
<br />will provide planning, design and a field engineering services. Proposed funding consists of an
<br />Initial loan from CWCB for $515.000 that will be reduced by an NRCS CRB Salinity Controi
<br />Program grant for $386,250 following project completion. The remaining $128,750 will become a
<br />3D-year ewCB Loan.
