<br />Agenda Item 6m <br />Case No. 5-98CW203; Vail Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />Application Summarv <br /> <br />This is an application for a plan for augmentation on the Eagle River near the Town of West Vail <br />in Eagle and Summit Counties (see attached map). Applicant seeks approval of a plan to <br />augment out of priority depletions resulting from diversions at the following structures: Beaver <br />Creek Snowmaking Pipeline, Vail Mountain Snowmaking Pipeline and Vail Mountain <br />Snowmaking Pipeline Nos. 1,2 & 3. These structures are limited to 1100 consumptive acre-feet <br />of water per year at a combined diversion rate of 25 cfs or less.
