<br />CWCS Memo <br />January 26, 1999 <br />Page 2 of2 <br /> <br />To date the EPA has awarded $26.36 million in capitalization grants for the Drinking Water revolving loan fund <br />and set-aside activities. Colorado's allocation from the 1999 appropriation is $10.8 million. With these funds <br />and the transfer, the 1999 loan capacity of the DWRf: is approximately $68 million. <br /> <br />The next bond issue is scheduled for April 23 and will fund approximately $48 million in loans. This issue will <br />fund loans to Greeley ($15 million for treatment plant), Aurora ($15 million for treatment plant), Fort Collins <br />($5 million for treatment plant), Julesburg ($1 million for treatment plant), Left Hand Water District ($6.6 million <br />for treatment plant), and Glenwood Springs ($5 milli()n for transmission line).
