Alternatively, water language such as that currently proposed in <br />Sen. Campbell's Bill to change the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Monument to <br />a National Park may be acceptable. <br /> <br />If you fmd this approach acceptable, I would be happy to work with Rep. DeGette's staff <br />on this matter, <br />
