<br />Proposed CWCB Consent Agenda
<br />November 22-23, 1999

<br />In order to increase the CWCB's efficiency and allow more time for discussion and debate about water
<br />policy and contested issues, the following items are noticed for action by the CWCB as part of the
<br />September 1999 "Consent Agenda, "
<br />
<br />The Consent Agenda will be attached to the regular meeting agenda, The process for placing matters on
<br />the Consent Agenda is asfollows:
<br />
<br />The Director identifies matters recommended by stajJwhere the recommended action follows established
<br />policy or precedent, there has been a negotiated settlement or the matter is expected to be uncontested
<br />and non-controversial, StajJwill provide written memos to the CWCB members explaining the matters on
<br />the Consent Agenda, which will be identified by and filed under the Item number assigned in the Agenda,
<br />Copies of the memos will be available to the public under the usual procedures (described above),
<br />
<br />Matters on the Consent Agenda are noticed for hearing at the same time and in the same manner as other
<br />agenda items, If a member of the CWCB requests further consideration of an item on the consent agenda,
<br />that will be withdrawn from the Consent Agenda and discussed at the end of the meeting or at the next
<br />meeting. The Consent Agenda may be voted on without the necessity of reading individual items, Any
<br />CWCB member may request clarification from the Director for any matter on the Consent Agenda,
<br />

<br />a, Waste Management of Colorado - Request for a drainage easement at their Waste
<br />Management Transfer Station located along the west bank located to the south of Union
<br />Avenue within the City of Englewood, Colorado,
<br />b, Riviera Electric Co, - At the July 26-27, 1999 CWCB Meeting, a drainage easement was
<br />granted to Riviera Electric Company, By letter dated October 13, 1999, the Board staff
<br />was advised that the easement should be in the title name of Castle Brae Development,
<br />LLC,
