Mr. Sparks: We have reservations across the street at the Profile
Room. We have room for about twenty to twenty-five people, Mary?

Mrs. Martel: Yes.

Mr. Sparks: If you would like to come over, I think we can take care
of most of you. The luncheon is $3.45. I think most of you are
acquainted with the Profile. They have pretty fair luncheons there.
So if any of you would like to come over and have lunch with us, you
are welcom~ to do so.

Mr. Stapleton: I don't think we ought to schedule another meeting of
the board until we see a little more about how we stand on these
legislative matters, the Congress, and so forth. We will try to get
a meeting towards the end of March or the first of April that will
fit in with everybody's schedule.

I will then entertain a motion that we adjourn.

Mr. Pickrel: I so move.

Mr. Cornelius: I second it.

Mr. Stapleton: It has been regularly moved and seconded. We adjourn.

The meeting was unanimously adjourned at 12:00 o'clock noon.

d~o(~A~

Secreta

--

,
/
,

"".:

-28-

I

I
