The Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized to delegate to <br /> <br />. the Southeastern Colorado Water Activity Enterprise the preparation of any portion of the studies <br /> <br />53 as he or she deems appropriate. <br /> <br />54 See,3. f)ecretary authorized to enter into contracts for the use of e~cess capacity of certain <br /> <br />55 east slope facilities of the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project, Colorado. <br /> <br />56 TIle Act of August 16,1962 (76 Stat. 389, 391), as amended, is amended by adding at the <br /> <br />57 end thc following sections: "Sec. 8.
