IvaI Goslin, <br />the Executive Director of the Upper Colorado <br />River Commission, who has been spending most <br />of his time in the past few months working <br />on the Colorado River problem. He is available for anything <br />that might come up in connection with the <br />report. <br /> <br />The report actually is a report directed <br />to the Upper Colorado River Commission. It <br />has not yet been reviewed by that Commission. <br />1'1hat the attitude of the commission may be <br />towards the report, I do not know at this <br />time. But whatever the attitude may be, the <br />report is an accomplished fact.
