Construction Fund Performance Audit Response Schedule

. The following documents related to the 1998 Performance Audit are attached to this memo:

· Timeline for Implementation of Audit Responses

· Implementation Strategy

The timeline is an attempt to identify the initial "critical path" for responding to the performance
audit based on the deadlines we agreed to for each recommendation. The idea here is to have
made progress on all of the recommendations by the July 1999 Legislative Audit Committee
hearing.

The implementation strategy is the results of our first attempt to systematically break down the
response to each recommendation into specific taSks. We still need to identify what resources will
be needed to accomplish each task and exactly who on the staff will do the work.

These documents are provided to you for your information and review. We would greatly
appreciate your comments.
