See attached <br />letter. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Following a review by the AG's Office and CWCB staff for Consent Agenda Item 3b, a recommendation <br />is as follows: <br /> <br />Approve the Change of Grantee from Riviera Electric Company to Castle Brae Development, LLC, <br />subject to all of the provisions and conditions of the Board's approval actions by memorandum dated July <br />19, 1999 for Consent Agenda Item la, July 22-23, 1999 Board Meeting, See attached memorandum <br />without attachment. <br /> <br />tit <br /> <br />Flood Control and Floodplain Management -Larry Lang, Chief.
