<br />Consent Agenda Item 2a <br />Case No, 5-99CW046; Shirley <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a Plan for Augmentation, Change of Water Rights and Storage Rights on <br />Crooked Creek near Tabemash in Grand County (see attached map). Applicant proposes to <br />augment out-of-priority depletions associated with a subdivision consisting of 60 lots, Depletions <br />associated with 60 wells are to be augmented using consumptive use credits of the Crooked Creek <br />Ditch No. 1 and/or releases from the Meadow Springs Reservoir. Applicant requests that the <br />decreed use ,of Crooked Creek Ditch No, 1 be changed to include augmentation, replacement and <br />storage. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds an instream flow right on Crooked Creek for 6.0 cfs during the summer months <br />aild 1.5 cTs dillihg thewmtei, \vilh an appropriation date of NoveiIilier 27,1990, Wliich maybe <br />injured by this application. <br /> <br />Potential for Iniury <br /> <br />Applicant's proposed Plan for Augmentation may not replace depletions to the Board's instream <br />flow water rights on Crooked Creek in the same amount, time or place as they occur.
