Township 40 North, Range 3 East of the N.M'p,M, (as decreed
on July 22, 1965, in Civil Action No, 3558, Alamosa County
District Court).

Source: Bear Creek, a tributary of the Rio Grande,

(e) Amount: 1.0 c,f,s, (reduced by 0.10 c.f.s, in 116 of the decree
in Case No. 86CW30)

historically irrigated land yields 1 0,35 acre-feet of credit water.
