<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DECREE PROPOSED FOR SETTLEMENT BETWEEN <br />SAN LUIS VALLEY IRRIGTION DISTRICT AND THE <br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br />MAY 13, 2005 <br /> <br />for use in the District's Augmentation Program when flows are projected at less than <br />200,000 acre-feet, shall be calculated by multiplying the in-priority and available <br />streamflow by 0.3 on a daily basis. <br /> <br />b, Proiected Flows of200,OOO throuqh 419,000 acre-feet: BAR. Cattle Credit <br />Water shall be available for augmentation of out-of-priority depletions by <br />Participating Structures in accordance with the following schedule so as to assure <br />protection of vested water rights: <br /> <br />MAY 1ST PROJECTED FLOW BAR.
