<br />Because staff's ISF recommendations were based on recommendations from the Division of <br />Wildlife ("CnOW"), that agency also is a Party to the Yampa River proceedings pursuant to <br />Rule 5.52(B)(iv). Linda Bassi of the Attorney General's Office will represent CWCB and <br />cnow staffs. ' <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />Staff noticed all persons on the ISF Subscription Mai~ing List of the contested reconunendations <br />prior to April I 0, 200 I, No other parties requested Piuiy Status or Participant Status. <br /> <br />Meetlnf!s and Hearlnf!s <br /> <br />May Board Meetinf! , <br />At the May Board Meeting, staff will ask the Boatd to designate a Hearing Coordinator, who <br />shall schedule and preside over the prehearing; conference(s) and assist the Parties and <br />Participants with pro,cedural matters. As per Rule 5.53 (A), all prehearing conferences will be <br />scheduled and held before the July Board Meeting. j Staff will also ask the Board to set hearing <br />dates for a1l contested cases, <br /> <br />Seotember Board Meeting <br />At the September Board Meeting, staff will make its final instream flow recommendation to the <br />Board, based on its original report, all public conunents, documents submitted by the Parties and <br />all data contained in the official record, Parties may, choose to continue or withdraw their Notice <br />to Contest at or before the September Board meeting based on staff's final recommendation.
