approval of the Board (maybe we can't do
it this meeting) but from now on at our .
regular meetings to plan on having a luncheon
where all the Board members, the attorney and
the Director are present so we can discuss
informally some of these matters.

Does anypody have any objections to
that today or at any future meetings?"

"I think it is a very good idea."

"We will ask Mrs. Keating to see if she
can't arrange some place for this noon and
every noon from then on out. We might discuss
whether we can get enough to take advantage
of the Governor's offer because to me time is
of the essence and the transportation schedule,
particularly coming back, is not too good. It
is pretty difficult for me to get away but that
is something I would like to discuss at the
noon hour if we can."

"Mr. Chairman, I would like to ask in
regard to this plane, would it be possible for
members of other official water agencies in the
state to go on the plane; say for instance the
Colorado River District or the Southwestern
District 7'

"I think so. We would have to designate
them as consultants so there wouldn't be,'any
discussion."

"There would be two going down from the
Colorado River District."

"That's why we have the plane fixed up
to put the seats in it. Every time we want
to go some place we have to spend $3,000 or
$4,000 or better on commercial transportation.
If we can get enough people who want to go
there are 15 airline seats in this plane."

"There are two going down from the Colo-
rado River District and the Southwestern River
District sent someone before. I know the
Arkansas Valley people sent someone and I
think these official agencies might qualify."
