"I would say within the next thirty
days. We want to do a little more program-
ing with the Bureau during the rest of this
month.

You will notice I have mentioned the
possibility of a special meeting in December
and at that time we should have this thing
ready to go, whatever we need in the way of
personnel on this review.: conuni ttee."

we pass on to the next agenda item?"

"Is there any plan for this Board to take
the matter direct to the people of Aspen ore
are you going to work through the Colorado
River Water District Board?'

"I feel that that is within the province
of the Colorado River District Board. Now I
will meet with that Board this Friday and this
will be, I am sure, part of the discussion.
At that time I hope to be able to understand
in more detail what the River Board feels and
how they can be of assistance."

on the agenda - the National Reclamation
Association convention to be held next week in
Houston."

"I think the Board members have been
familiar with this. .Most of you I believe, or
rather all of you, should be on the NRA mailing
list. Are there any Board members who wanted
to go to that? We have not had any requests.
It is to be held in Houston, Texas, and starts
the 19th, Wednesday."
