Water Conservation Grant. Bayfield and Telluride Update. (12:45 - 12:57 p.m.) <br /> <br />Kim Hout, CWCB staff, reviewed the mechanics of the Water Conservation Grant <br />Program statewide and emphasized progress on grants awarded locally to Bayfield and <br />Telluride. Questions about the program were asked by Jackson and Wright. <br /> <br />8a. Public Comment on Matters to be Discussed in Executive Session in Item 10, <br />Highland Irrigation Co. v. ARCA - Case No. 92-1151 (12:57 - 12:59 p.m.) <br /> <br />Chairman Martineau asked for co=ents from the audience concerning the lawsuit <br />claiming the 1980 Operating Agreement on John Martin Reservoir is l!ltrl!. Yiill and <br />in contravention of the Arkansas River Compact but there were none. Wendy Weiss <br />advised the Board it would be appropriate to go into executive session. A motion was <br />made by Harrison and seconded by Eisel to go into executive session. The motion <br />passed by llUllnimous (9-0) decision. Peter Evans, DNR, represented Ken Salazar and <br />Jennifer Gimbel, AG's office, represented Gail Norton.
