Under the 1992 MOA 10.000 a.f. of water
would be delivered from Ruedi Reservoir to the IS-Mile Reach between Septe, mber
15 and October 31, 1992. The MOA would remain in effect through December 31,
1992. Delivery of water in 1993 would require a new MOA. This delivery is in
addition to the original 10.000 af, released from Ruedi Reservoir between August 1
and September 15, pursuant to Ruedi Round II water sales biological opinion.

The Bureau held a public informational meeting in Glenwood Springs on June
9, 1992. Specific requests were made by the Ruedi Water and Power Authority for
maintaining reservoir elevations at 95,000 a.f. through September 1 and 85,000 a.f.
through October 1, and keeping maximum flow levels in the Fryingpan River below
250 cfs. Additional concerns have been expressed in the attached letter from the
Ruedi Water and Power Authority.
