Withdraw of Statement of Opposition; Case No. 4-91CW117, Trampe* (estimated _:_ - _:_ p.m.) Dan Merriman, CWCB staff, reported the staff filed a statement of opposition in the case on the basis that adjudication of additional storage water rights within an existing on-stream reservoir may inundate a portion of the Board's instream flow appropriation on Farris Creek. A field investigation of the reservoir indicated that it was located downstream of the Board's instream flow reach, and therefore, no inundation will occur. The Board was asked to withdraw the Statement of Opposition. A motion was made by and seconded by to. adopt the staff recommendation to withdraw the statement of opposition filed in the case. The motion passed by unanimous (7-0) decision. 33. Staff Actions; Case No. S-92CWOS2, Aspen-Mass Home Owners' Association (estimated _:_ - _:_ p.m.) Dan Merriman, CWCB staff, reported staff has not filed a statement of opposition in this case in accordance with Board procedures regarding de minimi~ injuries. A motion was made by and seconded by to adopt the staff recommendation not to file a statement of opposition in the case. The motion passed by unanimous (7-0) decision. 35. North Saint Vrain WJld & Scenic River Proposal* (estimated 5:25 - 5:28 p.m.) David Harrison gave a brief report on the status of N. St. Vrain Advisory Committee's Report to Congressman David E. Skaggs and the Boulder County Commi~ioners concerning the management of North St. Vrain Creek and the surrounding terrain. No action was taken. 39. Future Meetings (estimated 5:29 - 5:30 p.m.) The next regular CWCB meetings will be held September 15-16, 1992 at Grand Junction, and November 9-10,1992 at Denver. 40.
