<br />. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item l.q <br />Case No. 6-05CW073; Elk River Partners, LLC <br /> <br />Application Summarv <br /> <br />This is an application for surface and ground water rights, storage lights, change of water rights, and <br />request for approval of a plan for augmentation for an integrated water supply system for a <br />development on the Elk Mountain Ranch property and the adjacent property known as the <br />Zimmerman property ("Ranch"). Applicant seeks conditional ground water rights for Elk <br />Mountain Ranch Domestic Well Nos. I and 2 for irrigation, domestic, stockwatering, fire protection <br />and recreation. The amount claimed for each well is 0.3 cfs (135 gpm) with an August 12, 2005 <br />appropriation date. Applicant also seeks conditional ground water rights (August 12, 2005 <br />appropriation date) for Elk Mountain Ranch Irrigation Well Nos. I and 2 for 0.8 cf, each, to be used <br />for irrigation and stockwatering. Applicant seeks surface water rights in the amount of 3 cfs for the <br />Trull and Morin Ditch Elk Mountain Enlargement, and in the amount of I cfs for the Elk Mountain <br />Ranch Pump and Pipeline NO.1 for irrigation. domestic, stockwatering, fire protection, piscatorial, <br />aesthetic and recreation. Further, Applicant claims storage rights on Elk Mountain Ranch <br />Augmentation Pond Nos. I, 2 and 3 (2.67 AF each with an August 12, 2005 appropliation date). <br />Applicant proposes to change the water rights associated with its interest in the Trull and Morin <br />Ditch Priority Nos. 92 and 293C to include storage and augmentation uses.
