This is an application for a change of water rights on Left Hand Creek and South St. <br />Vrain Creek near Boulder in Boulder County (see attached map). Applicant seeks approval of <br />several alternate points of diversion and alternate places of storage for approximately 660 acre- <br />feet (513 shares) of the Left Hand Ditch Company, The Left Hand Ditch Company exercises <br />the water rights associated with several ditches, all decreed for agricultural use. The storage of water in Gold Lake Reservoir, Lake Isabelle Reservoir and Left Hand Park <br />Reservoir under priorities not originally adjudicated to those reservoirs shall be administered as <br />being junior in priority to the Board's instream flow water rights on Left Hand Creek and South <br />St. V rain Creek. As such, Applicant shall not store water in these reservoirs, under the <br />proposed alternate points of storage, at times when the Board's instream flow rights on Left <br />Hand Creek and South St. Vrain Creek are not being satisfied, <br /> <br />.
