The Director called attention to the fact that the contract between the BOard
and Royce J. Tipton, its Consulting Engineer, would expire on Jurie 30, 1951, and asked
that the Board give consideration to the renewal of this contract.

It was moved by Teller Anunons and seconded by Judge Dan
H. Hughes that the Director be authorized to execute a contract,
for the re-employ,ment'of Royce J. Tipton, of Denver, as Consult-
ing Engineer of the Colorado Water Conservation Board for the
fiscal year beginning July l, 1951, and ending June 30, 1952,
at a salary of $6,000.00 a year, payable in equal monthly in-
stallments. '

On vote being taken, the motion was unanimously carried
and declared adopted.

The meeting adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
