<br />Discussion <br /> <br />The Easement descriptions are: <br />1. WG Properties/Federal Express - The easement was for the construction of an outfall <br />stormwater drainage system. <br />2. Ira &Susan Sealy - The easement was for the construction of an outfall stormwater drainage <br />system. <br />3. Pitcher's Restaurant - The easement was to remedy 'an unauthorized encroachment on <br />CWCB lands. This after-the- fact action allowed the ,construction of a portion of the building <br />to remain on the CWCB right-of-way. <br />4. UD&FCD - The easement allows the District to construct a new flood control outlet channel <br />for Dutch Creek to the South Platte River. <br />5. Waste Management - The easement was for the construction of a discharge pipe for the <br />Company's interior drainage system. <br />6. City of Englewood - The easement was for the construction of a city water line. <br />7. South Suburban Parks & Recreation District - The easement provides the District with the <br />authority to develop a recreational program within *e Board's right-of-way. <br />8. CDOT - The easement provides CDOT with the lands to construct a new access service road <br />for area businesses. <br />9. CDOT - The easement provides CDOT with the lands to construct the service road to their <br />design standards. <br />10. City of Englewood - The easement provides the city with the lands to construct a path/access <br />between two golf courses. <br />II. City of Littleton - The easement provides the City ,with the lands to construct path to a park. <br />12. SEMA Construction - The easement was for the cdnstruction of an outfall stormwater <br />drainage system. <br />13. Ron Kock Landscaping & Mark Small Salvage & Machinery - The easement provides the <br />company with the right-of-way to construct water and sewer service to their property. <br />14. CDOT - The easement provides CDOT with the right-of-way to realign a roadway. <br />15. CDOT - The easement provides lands to construct ,the roadway to their design standards. <br />16. Mountain Miser - The easement provides the training school ingress and egress to the South <br />Platte River for their training sessions. ' <br />17. Riviera Land Company LLC - The easement proviaes for the construction of an outfall <br />stormwater drainage system. <br />18. Waster Management - The easement provides for the construction of an outfall stonnwater <br />drainage system. <br />19. City of Englewood - The easement provides for the construction of a parking lot and an <br />access path to the Mary Carter Greenway trails/path. <br />20. Mountain Miser - The easement provides the trai~ng school with a five year agreement to <br />continue the operations has provided in easement it 16. <br /> <br />Board staff is pleased to advise the Board that easement agreements 1 through 20 are all in good <br />standing with the provisions/terms of the agreements.. <br /> <br />Future Actions <br />The Board staff foresees similar requests to continue que to the development activities in the <br />South Platte River corridor.
