<br />Attachment <br />Agenda Item 7.a.l <br />September 7-8, 1995 <br /> <br />NINTH <br />Dissolution of Corporation <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Upon dissolution of said corporation, its assets shall be <br />distributed to the federal government or to a state or local <br />government for a public purpose.
