<br />179 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR RELIEF <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, Colorado Wild and TU respectfully request that this Court grant them the <br />following relief: <br /> <br />(1) A declaration that the Division's certification violated Clean Water Act section <br />401,33 U.S.C. ~ 1341, the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, Colo. Rev. Stat. ~ 25-8-302(f) <br />(2000), and Colorado Water Quality Regulations, 5 C.C.R. 9 1002-31.8, 5 C.C.R. ~ 1002-82.5; <br /> <br />(2) A declaration that the Commission's decision affinning the Division's certification <br />violated Clean Water Act section 401, 33 U.s.C. ~ 1341, the Colorado Water Quality Control <br />Act, Colo. Rev. Stat. 9 25-8-302(f) (2000), and Colorado Water Quality Regulations, 5 C.C.R. ~ <br />1002-31.8,5 C.C.R. ~ 1002-82.5; <br /> <br />(3) A declaration that the Commission's refusal to hear Colorado Wild and TU's appeal <br />violated Colo. Rev. Stat. ~ 24-4-105 (2000), Colo. Rev.
