The motion was seconded by David Smith and accepted <br />unanimously (8-0). <br /> <br />17a. Stream and Lake Protection- Instream Flow Appropriations - Water Division 2 <br />Tape 3, Start/Stop 0352 - 1316 <br />Action: A motion was made by Patricia Wells to declare the Board's intent to <br />appropriate the streams in Division 2 as recommended by staff. The motion <br />was seconded by David Smith and approved unanimously (8-0) with Eric <br />Kuhn abstaining on Division 2 since he was not present for the staff <br />presentation and Board discussion. <br /> <br />17b.
