The motion was <br />approved unanimously (9-0) <br /> <br />lOb. Water Supply Planning and Finance - New Loans - Weld County Tri-Area Sanitation <br />District - Storm Drainage Project <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 0025 -0707 <br />Action: A motion was made by Eric Kuhn to accept the staff recommendation for <br />this item with the following changes: the funding source would be the <br />Severance Tax Trust Fund Perpetual Base Account rather than the <br />Construction Fund, and the words "and future" be deleted from item #4 of <br />the recommendation. The motion was seconded by Patricia Wells and <br />approved unanimously (9-0). <br /> <br />IOd. Water Supply Planning and Finance - New Loans - Owl Creek Supply and Irrigation <br />- Ditch Rehabilitation. <br />Tape 2, Start/Stop: 0707 - 1080 <br />Action: A motion was made by Patricia Wells to accept the staff recommendation <br />with the following additions and clarifications: (1). The loan will be from <br />the Severance Tax Trust Fund Perpetual Base Account, and (2). <br />additional collateral will be a certificate of deposit in the amount of one <br />annual payment and the project itself.
