Staff would appreciate <br />any comments that Board Members would like to offer. We have conveyed the direction <br />the Board provided at the March meeting to the Biology and Coordinating Committees <br />and this is the more detailed comment letter we indicated that we would provide. We had <br />been hoping to receive additional information on which to make detailed comments. <br />However, such information apparently will not be forthcoming soon. Therefore, we have <br />elected to provide the detailed comment based on the available information. <br /> <br />Attachment <br />
