Included in the Summary as <br />Chapter 14 is a brief summary of the Economic Life of the Denver Basin Aquifers Study <br />(SB 96-153). Complete copies of each report will be available at the request of individual <br />Board members. <br /> <br />Hal Simpson and Peter Evans presented the SB 96-74 final Executive Summary <br />and study recommendations to the Special Water Committee and the joint Agriculture <br />Committee of the State Legislature the morning of April 22, 1998. There was no action <br />taken by either Committee at that time, but rather the presentation was received as an <br />informational item. <br /> <br />At the May 12th Board meeting Will Burt (in Hal Simpson's absence) and Peter <br />Evans will outline for the Board the Executive Summary of the SB 96-74 Study and <br />discuss any current and future legislation relative to issues surrounding the study. <br />
