The hydro graph shows that the winter flow <br />recommendation of 1.5 cfs is available from November 1 through April 30. <br /> <br />Precipitation Data <br />Staff reviewed local preCipitation data sets from one site located around the Maggie Creek <br />Drainage (see Precipitation Data in Appendix C). Table 3 shows the water year and the percent <br />of average precipitation recorded for the Silverton precipitation site.
