Bureau of Reclamation. A second motion was made by Tom Sharp and seconded by Harold Miskel that the Board authorize the intervention by Colorado in the case of the Center for Biological Diversity v. Bureau of Reclarnation and to request that the representatives of the State confer with the other states in seeking a coordinated approach to the defenses in this litigation.
