<br />823 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />under construction, and those for which feasibility and <br />definite plan reports may be expected by late in the Fall <br />of 1961. The total amount of money involved is $502,711,400. <br />Of this total $346,170,400 is located on the Western Slope. <br />Breaking the latter figure down we find that $215,089,000 <br />falls within the Gunnison and Main Stem drainages; $95,946,000 <br />in the San Juan Basin; ~26,179,000 in the Dolores and <br />$8,956,000 in the Yampa-White area. <br />In addition to the projects falling in the cate- <br />gories noted above investigations remain to be carried out on <br />the Parshall, Troublesome, Rabbit Ear, Eagle Divide, San <br />Miguel, West Divide, Bluestone, Battlement Mesa, Tomichi <br />Creek, East River, Ohio Creek, Grand Mesa, Dallas Creek, <br />Yellow Jacket and Juniper Projects as directed in P. L. 485 <br />of t~e 84th Congress. There is doubt with regard to feasi- <br />bility of some of these projects. Their priorities with re- <br />gard to authorization will depend upon the results of studies <br />to be made. <br /> <br />I <br />
