The Applicant is proposing to replace out-of-priority depletions associated with one <br />or more wells (up to 0.066 cfs), which will serve a small residential and commercial development. <br />The depletions will be augmented using approximately 2.32 acre-feet of water leased from the <br />Vidler Tunnel Water Company and stored in Dillon reservoir. In <br />addition, the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the Vidler Tunnel Water Company signed <br />a Memorandum of Agreement on October 25, 1988 providing several terms and conditions.
