The Board's rights areinext in priority, and removing the water rights <br />from the stream would assure that no water is diYterted under those senior priorities and would <br />directly benefit instream flows in Little Beayer Creek, and the South Fork and mainstem Poudre <br />Riyers. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Board formally accept the conveyed Rockwell Ranch water rights and <br />direct staff to notify the Diyision Engineer of the Board's intent to relinquish the water rights to the <br />stream for the benefit of instream flows. <br /> <br />Attachment <br /> <br />Flood Protection.
