Board. The following table summarizes the applications and describes the potential injury to
instream flow rights. In each of these cases, the cumulative impact to the Board's rights is 1 % or
less. Pursuant to the De minimis Rule, described in Section 9.3 of the ISF Rules, staff has not
filed Statements of Opposition in these cases.
