Fuud <br /> <br />House Joint Resolution 02-1005 is currently awaiting the Governor's signature. This resolution adds 75 projects to and deletes <br />61 projects from the project eligibility list. With the approval of this resolutiou, the list will contain 246 projects representing <br />over $950 million of need. <br /> <br />The next boud issue is expected to occur in mid-May. Participants include Berthoud ($5.5 million), South Adams County <br />WSD ($6.5 million), Grand Junction ($14.t million), Winter Park West WSD ($2.5 million), WeIlington ($5 million) and <br />Blackhawk-Central City SD ($25 million). We expect anotller bond issue this fall. Loan demand in 2002 is estimated at $150 <br />million, but the loan capacity for the WPCRF is approximately $105 million. We will be working with potential borrowers to <br />defer some loan funds to 2003. <br /> <br />Drinkln!! Water Revolvin!! Fund <br /> <br />House Joint Resolution 02-1004 has been signed by the Governor. This resolution adds 111 projects to and deletes 104 <br />projects from the project eligibility list. With the approval of this resolution, the list will contain 250 projects representing over <br />$625 million of need. <br /> <br />The next bond issue is expected in early April. Participants include La Junta ($9.6 million), Grand Junction ($3.5 million), <br />Idaho Spriugs ($2.3 million) and Evergreen Metropolitan District ($2 million). Loan demand in 2002 is estimated at $20 <br />million. Our loan capacity is estimated at $60 million. <br /> <br />Small Water Resources Proiects <br /> <br />The next boud issue is scheduled for mid-May. Participartts include Parker WSD ($10 million), Eagle River WSD ($4.5 <br />million), Rifle ($2.5 million) and Erie ($3 million). <br /> <br />Le!!islation <br /> <br />House Bill 02-1118 is currently awaiting the Governor's sigl1ature. This bill would aIlow the transfer of funds between state <br />revolving funds, remove the "moral obligatiou" pledge, increase the $25 million project limitation on smaIl water resources <br />projects to a $100 million loan limit, include sewers and intcrceptors under water management facilities and modify the joint <br />resolution process for state revolving fund projects to provide for an emergency funding authorization. <br /> <br />Future Board Meetines <br /> <br />April 26 - Denver <br />June 7 - Pueblo <br />August 2 - Cortez (tentative) <br />October 4 - Dertver (tentative) <br />
