Stream and Lake Protection Section - 2007 New Appropriation Recommendations in
Water Divisions 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. (2:20 - 2:50)
Pursuant to [SF Rule 5c., the Colorado Water Conservation Board is providing notice
that the following streams are being considered for instream flow appropriations in
2007. At the January 2007 CWCB meeting, Staff may request that the Board form its
intent to appropriate [SF water rights on these streams. More detailed information is
available on the CWCB website at:

Resolution (2:50 - 3:00)
Staffwill inform the Board about ongoing negotiations of a proposed resolution that the
Board and the Wildlife Commission will be asked to adopt in the near future to address
certain funding provided by the CDOW to the CWCB for the [SF Program.
