<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC RULEMAKlNG HEARING <br />BEFORE TIlE <br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br /> <br />SIJB.JF.CT <br /> <br />This is a notice of a public rulemaking hearing before the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board (CWCB) for consideration of an amendment to the Rules Concerning the Colorado <br />Instream Flow and Natural Lake Level Program, 2 CCR 408-2. The amendment implements <br />H.B. 03-1320, which authorizes the CWCB to tempora~i1y acquire water rights for instream flow <br />use under certain conditions and in accordance with specified procedures. The proposed <br />amendment is set forth below. A redlined version oftIie proposed rules showing changes to the <br />current rules is posted on the CWCB's website at htto://www/cwcb.state.co.us. A hard copy is <br />available upon request to the CWCB staff (1313 Sherman Street, Room 723, Denver, CO 80203; <br />(303) 866-3534). The CWCB may change the proposed amendment as set forth herein prior to <br />or at the rulemaking hearing.
