Pacific/Desert's water rights may be adversely affected by the ISF, <br /> <br />2, Pacific/Desert is contesting the ISF appropriation for 13.1 cfs (April I _ <br />June 5) on Horsefly Creek, in the segment which begins at the confluence of Sheep <br />Creek and ends at the confluence with the San Miguel River. <br /> <br />3. Pacific/Desert has engaged the services of Pete Foster of Wright Water <br />Engineers, Inc. to evaluate the data collected by the USGS stream gage for Maverick <br />Draw near Norwood, CO (10 #09175400), to determine the applicability of this data to <br />the Horsefly Creek drainage, and to provide additional information on available flows <br />in Horsefly Creek, Upon information and belief, Pacific/Desert questions whether there <br />are sufficient flows on Horsefly Creek to meet the ISF flow recommendation of 13.5 <br />cfs, <br />
