STAPLETON:

"We'll call the regular meeting of the
Colorado Water Conservation Board to order.

I don't know why we are down at the end and
not in the middle, but it must have something to
do with - I don't know just what.

Larry. "

"A quick exit, maybe. II

"I want to compliment the director on the
unique place we are holding this meeting. I
have already gotten lost twice in arriving here.

I understand that the minutes of our last
meeting are not quite completed. We don't
edit our minutes, but we review them to take
out indiscreet statements that are made. I
hope you don't object to that. I am sure the
board knows that we do that. He doesn't censor
much, but what he has censored he has completed
and we are now ready to get the minutes to the
board members, but as a result we have no
minutes to review and approve today.

So let's go on with the agenda. We have
no proxies today. Si Berthelson is expected
but not here."

"Si is on vacation."

"The first agenda item is a presentation of
a revised flood control plan for the Bijou Creek.
