<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br /> <br />At this time, the staff of the Flood Protection Section recommends the Board consider staffs initial <br />analysis of the concept of "formal approval" action by the Board for technical documents other than <br />floodplain information reports and: <br />. Concur with staffs findings that said concept has benefits to the State and to affected communities <br />as outlined in this memo. <br />. Direct staff, if appropriate, to prepare a memorandum to be discussed at the May 2002 CWCB <br />meeting explaining in greater detail the concept presented herein. <br />.
