TOTAL PROJECT FUNDING <br /> <br />It is anticipated that between 15 and 100 agreements will be awarded, depending on the total <br />amount of funding requested for successful proposals. The total amount of funding for all <br />cooperative agreements awarded as a result of this request for proposals will not exceed <br />$4,000.000. <br /> <br />B. PROJECT FUNDING LIMITATIONS <br /> <br />To facilitate the broad and effective use of limited Federal funds, the Reclamation share of anyone <br />proposed project shall be up to 50% and shall generally not exceed $300,000. However, <br />Reclamation retains the right to exceed that amount on a case-by-{;ase basis. <br /> <br />C. RECLAMATION RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />Substantial involvement between Reclamation and the Recipient is anticipated during the <br />performance of this project. In support of this agreement, Reclamation will provide the following: <br /> <br />C.2.1 Reclamation shall collaborate and participate with the Recipient in the management of the <br />project and closely oversee the Recipient's activities to ensure that the program objectives are <br />being achieved. <br /> <br />C.2.2 This oversight shall include review, input. and approval at key interim stages of the project <br />as identified in the Recipient's proposal. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />D.
