upon which Staff may rely to support its recommendations.
5.21 (B) (2) Published notice:shall also contain the following information;
a. Flow amounts of contested ISF Recommendations may change based on
information received during the public notice and comment period.
b. StaffwiII maintain, pursuant to Rule 4.1 O(b), an ISF Subscription Mailing
List for each water division c()mposed of the names of all persons who
have notified the Board office that they are interested in ISF activities in
that water division. Any person desiring to be on the ISF Subscription
Mailing List must contactthe Board Office.
c. Any meetings held betwe<;:n Staff and members of the public will be open
to the public and may be posted on the Board's website 2 weeks prior to
the meeting and noticed to persons on the ISF Subscription Mailing List.

d. Any notice to contest must be received by the Board no later than March
3 I st. All request for Party status and Contested Hearing Participant status
must be received by the Board no later than April 30th.
e. Staffwill announce its final ISF recommendation concerning contested
appropriations at the September Board meeting and will send notice of the
final recommendation to all persons on the Contested Hearing Mailing .
List.
f. The Board may take fmal action on any uncontested ISF appropriations at
the May Board meeting. .
5.21(C) After the Board declares its intent to appropriate, notice of the Boards
action shall be mailed within five working days to the County Commissioners
of the county(ies) in which th~ proposed action is located.
5.21(D) Final action by the Board on the ISF recommendations will occur no
earlier than the May Board meeting.

11. Colorado Watershed Protection Fund - Gr!lnt Program Guidance

Action: A motion was made by Eric Wilkinson with a second by Bob Burr to approve
the staff recommendation that the Board adopt the Grant Program Guidance
for the Colorado Watershed Protection Fund. The motion was approved 9-0.
