approve the minutes with the following changes: 1. Add Bruce McCloskey as
an Ex-Officio attendee. 2. On Item 22c. delete "The Board appointed Kent
Holsinger ofDNR and Matt Knoedler of the Governor's office and be added
as consultant selection committee members." The motion was approved 9-0;
