7 should the board and the Colorado department of natural resources decide
8 to proceed with that level of analysis.
9 (3) The moneys appropriated pursuant to this section shall remain
10 available for the designated purposes until the prajeet FEASIBILITY STUDY

]2 SECTION 9. South Platte river multi-objective management
]3 plan continuation - appropriation. (I) In addition to any other

appropriation, there is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the

]5 Colorado water conservation board construction fund not otherwise

]6 appropriated, to the Colorado water conservation board, the sum of

] 7 . fifty-six thousand dollars ($56,000), or so much thereof as may be

18 necessary, to continue development of the South Platte river

] 9 multi-objective management plan.

20 (2) The amount appropriated in this section is in addition to

21 amounts appropriated previously for the South Platte river multi-objective

22 management plan. The moneys appropriated in subsection (I) of this

23 section shall remain available for the designated purposes until the project

24 is completed
