E. <br />Chief, Project Planning and Construction Section <br /> <br />DATE: September 21, 1999 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Agenda Item 3b, September 27-28,1999 Board Meeting- <br />Water Project Construction Loan Program - General and Financial Matters, <br />Financial Activity for July and August, 1999 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />Summary reports of the Colorado financial Reporting System (COFRS) reports for the <br />Construction Fund have been prepared to give the Board a continuing update on financial activity <br />in the Construction Fund. Summary reports for Period 1 (July 1 - July 31), and Period 2 (August <br />1 - August 30) are attached. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />A total of $3.38 million was received in loan deposits in state fY 1999-00, equal to the <br />same period last year ($3.38 million). In contrast, loan disbursements totaling $1,041,547.72 <br />million were made in state FY 1999-00, up 91 % compared to the same period last year <br />($94,630.13). <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />This agenda item is for your information.
