<br />
<br />A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board was
<br />reconvened at the Douglas County Offices' Philip S, Miller Building, 1003'd
<br />Street in Castle Rock, CO 80104, The meeting was called to order at 8,10
<br />a,m. on Tuesday, March 30,1999 by Chairperson Bill Brown, Eight voting
<br />members were present at the time of call to order so there was a quorum (at
<br />least six required), Board members present on this date were Bill Brown,
<br />Ray Werner, Eric Kuhn, Bob Burr, Lewis Entz, Donald Schwindt, Greg
<br />Walcher, Jennifer Gimbel (representing the Attorney General and alternating
<br />with Ken Salazar, Attorney General), State Engineer Hal Simpson and
<br />CWCB Director Peter Evans,3
