<br />recommendation to approve the easement request, with an addition to
<br />paragraph 4 of the Conditions of the Easement to include the wording for
<br />"$500 annual fee or $2,500 for a five year period," The motion was seconded
<br />by Eric Kuhn, The motion was amended by Greg Walcher to reflect that the
<br />fee should be $250 for the first year, and with the amount of the fee to be
<br />reexamined after one year, Lewis Entz seconded the amended motion to the
<br />satisfaction of the original motion makers, and the amended motion was
<br />approved unanimously (9-0),
